We hope to make you comfortable

In the middle of palm trees and flowers and with mountains and sea as neighbors you will find our cozy apartment with the classic whitewashed facade. Casa Amalia is 50 square meters and has undergone extensive renovation throughout the fall of 2019 since it was in original condition when we took over in the summer of 2019. We have replaced all electricity, new tile floors in all rooms, new kitchen, new bathroom and new security door . All surface layers are newly painted as are doors and wardrobes in the bedroom. We have tried to decorate and furnish with a mix of Scandinavian modern style and Spanish details in tile/clinker etc.

The apartment is located on the second floor with its own entrance and stairs (unfortunately not handicap friendly) and has the following planning:

• Two bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed (Ikea continental bed 160 * 200 cm) and the second being a guest room with two single beds (80 * 190 cm)

• Two bathrooms, one of which is directly connected to the master bedroom (ensuite) and the newly renovated includes washing machine

• Modern kitchen with countertop in stone with an open space to the living room where there is a dining area for 4 people and a sofa bed (160 cm)

The following are included in the rent:

• Bed linen for 6 people

• Towels for 6 people

• Electricity & water, AC (both cooling and heating) in the bedrooms and the living room

• Wifi, TV with Chromecast and about 100 channels from different countries 

• Gas bbq, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee maker etc. 

From the living room you access the 17 sqm terrace with morning and afternoon sun which overlooks the mountains and the sea.

The apartment is within walking distance to everything why a car is not necessary but if you still want to rent a car there is free parking on the street outside. 

We cooperate with a service partner "1001 Service" in Nerja, who provides cleaning, laundry and can assist with various matters if needed (including transport services).

Living room - kitchen

The entrance goes directly into the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is modern with a stone worktop and smart storage. The fridge is integrated with a freezer compartment. We like the open floor planning where you can socialize while cooking. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people as well as a dining table. TV with Chromecast and over 100 channels including British and other European channels and wireless wifi.

Terrace, patio furniture and barbecue

From the living room you can walk straight out to the terrace of about 17 sqm which has both morning and afternoon sun. A lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or the afternoon drink. 

We have a modern table with six chairs with plenty of room for the whole family. The table can be extended if necessary. Weber gas grill with associated wok boiler so you can grill and cook delicious meals out on the terrace.

After a day at the beach or by the pool, it is wonderful to sit down in peace and just enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and the sea.

Directions and views

Our terrace is located in the east / south position and has lovely sun for breakfast and lunch. In the summer when it is super hot, you are grateful that you do not have the baking sun but can enjoy the outdoors with cool drinks. In the winter it is still a little too cold to sit outside when the sun goes down.
