Booking calendar
In this calendar you can see which dates are available. Red marked days are booked and green marked days the apartment is available from 15.00. Red/green day is bookable. Even if the prices are stated as weekly prices, the apartment can be rented in other periods, contact us for a price that applies to short or long-term rent.

Weekly price low season: 500 €
December - March
Including final cleaning.
Mid season low: 600 €
April, May, October & November
Including final cleaning.
Mid season high: 680 €
June & September
Including final cleanig.
High season: 810 €
July & August
Including final cleaning.
Easter & Autumn holidays: 700 €
Including final cleaning.
Christmas & New Year 700 €
Including final cleaning.
Payment terms
- 20% of the total rental fee will be paid at the time of booking
- Final payment no later than 6 weeks before arrival and a security deposit of 2000 SEK / 200 €.
- The deposit is a security against damage or extra costs that can be incurred and will be refunded after the end of the rental period to a specified account or via Swish after the apartment is inspected and is in the same condition as on arrival.
- If a cancellation occurs no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
- A cancellation made later than 4 weeks prior to the rental period is non-refundable.
- The 20% reservation fee is not refundable if the tenant regrets the booking
