The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP). 

From the airport to Nerja it is about 70 km and it takes about 45 minutes by car to go to Casa Amalia which you can reach by either car, taxi, shuttle buses or regular bus.

For car hire there are several different companies to book with at the airport. It is recomended to arrange this before you arrive and MalagaCar is one of the companies we prefer to rent from.

If you prefer we can arrange transfers to and from Malaga through our service partner in Nerja. The price is then € 69 for maximum 4 people in a taxi and they will pick you up with a personal sign and take you to the apartment. 

If you want to travel around or visit other villages etc. there are several rental car companies and transport services locally in Nerja. It is also possible to rent bicycles, scooters and motorcycles.
